Buenas noticias para los fans de Train: la banda de rock y pop de San Francisco y actualmente formada por Patrick Monahan, Scott Underwood y Jimmy Stafford, publicará oficialmente el próximo 16 de septiembre su séptimo proyecto discografico.
El nuevo álbum de estudio se titulará “Bulletproof Picasso” y desde hoy podemos escuchar el primer single adelanto del disco, la canción inédita “Angel In Blue Jeans”, estrenada durante el show Howard Stern Show.
Gracias a sus últimos dos trabajos, Train pudo recuperar su posición de relevo en el panorama musical internacional pero el nuevo single demuestra la decisión de cambiar algo a nivel de estilo, con un resultado que se acerca evidentemente a sonoridades más folk y bluegrass.
Estamos bastante lejos de la fuerza de canciones como “Drive By” o “Hey Soul Sister”: será interesante verificar la respuesta de los fans más intransigentes de la banda al esuchar “Angel In Blue Jeans”.
