Se titula ‘Food’ el nuevo disco de Kelis, producido bajo el sello Ninja Tune y a partir de hoy ya es posible escuchar el primer single adelanto, titulado ‘Jerk Ribs’.
Ha llegado el momento de volver al mercado musical para la artista estadounidense que, presentando su nuevo proyecto discográfico, ha declarado: “Haber podido firmar un nuevo contrato y realizar un álbum de estudio como esto me llena de felicidad y orgullo” dijo Kelis.
“Poder trabajar con Ninja Tune ha representado una gran oportunidad para mi, porque son entre los más creativos de la industria musical actual“.
El sello británico producirá ‘Food’ (titulo elegido para rendir homenaje a la pasión culinaria de la cantante) que llegará a las tiendas el 28 de abril. Compuesto y realizado en Los Ángeles con la colaboración del productor Dave Sitek (fundador de TV On The Radio y ya colaborador de Yeah Yeah Yeahs y Liars e Foals), ahora podemos escuchar el primer adelanto ‘Jerk Ribs’, descargable gratuitamente desde el sitio web oficial de la cantante, durante unos días.
