Después haber participado en el dueto en el single ‘Fancy’ con Iggy Azalea, ahora Charli XCX ha decidido lanzar una nueva canción como solista.
No obstante la cantante de ‘Nuclear Season’ haya ya anunciado desde hace tiempo, la preparación de su tercer proyecto discográfico, el tema publicado para promocionarlo nos ha llegado solo en las últimas horas.
‘Boom Clap’ será incluido en la banda sonora de la película ‘The Fault in Our Stars’ (en castellano ‘Bajo la misma estrella’) que será distribuida en Estados Unidos a partir del próximo 6 de junio.
La nueva canción de Charli XCX es una interesante up tempo pop que convence desde la primera escucha y se queda impresa en la mente gracias al peculiar timbre vocal de la interprete.
Es un single bastante fuerte para ser el primer single adelanto del disco y representa el primer paso en la nueva importante etapa discográfica de Charli.
